Flexor Carpi Ulnaris

The Flexor Carpi Ulnaris is composed of two heads (humeroulnar) at its proximal attachment. This muscle is the most medial of the superficial flexor muscles. It is the only muscle of the anterior compartment that is fully innervated by the ulnar nerve.

The tendon of flexor carpi ulnaris is a guide to the ulnar nerve and artery, which run along its lateral side at the wrist.
