Supraorbital Nerve

The Supraorbital nerve is the larger and more lateral division of the frontal nerve (V1). It passes through the supraorbital foramen and beneath the frontalis muscle divides into branches which perforate the muscle and the galea aponeurotica. The supraorbital nerve provides palpebral filaments to the conjunctiva of the upper eyelid and mucous membrane of the frontal sinus.
